Return & Refund Policy

At Thobee, we are committed to delivering refined craftsmanship and exceptional quality. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, returns and exchanges are accepted within three (3) days from the date you receive your order.

All returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with all original tags and packaging intact.

Once your return is approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within seven (7) to ten (10) working days. Please note that the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refunded amount.

Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer without refund.

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer care team within three days of delivery. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
